Making your next move count
We are looking for a trainee in our Counter Balanced (CB) Division. The position is located in Ljungby, Sweden and offers a great business learning opportunity in a global team.
As a trainee you will get an opportunity to be involved in Product Management, Marketing and Global Sales various tasks depending on your studies and interest.
In this position you will support the Marketing function with events, social media, website support, activities and the CB Global Sales with customer satisfaction analysis, sales tools development and various support. Additionally, you will work with product management to manage and support various product updates in brochures, web etc.
Main tasks and responsibilities
In this role you will coordinate and create marketing materials according to our industry and business standards and updating and managing the website, pages and related accesses. Occasional data handling for market and segment analysis will be part of your responsibilities. You will also support with creating content and coordinate Kalmar's social media calendar and help with exhibitions and other company events as well as lead assignment.
What you'll need to succeed
University degree preferably in Economics/Marketing/Business.
Proven track record in developing businesses, preferably with similar industries.
You have experience with social media platforms Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram/ Worked with the administration parts of social media for sponsorship activation and possess basic understanding of Google Adwords and Analytics/ MS suite - Google suite as a plus.
The following are considered assets:
Strong interest in digital marketing.
Adobe Photoshop.
Google Adwords.
CMS (EPI).
You have strong collaboration capabilities and effective networking skills as well as change management and personnel management. You are a strong communicator, business driven and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
