In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Create test strategies and test plan cross ARTs within LC&I
• Ensuring agile methodology adherence within test area
• Work to increase test automation in LC&I ARTs
• Facilitate for the teams to improve their ways of working with testing in an agile way
• Align and teach team members around testing, test documentation etc.
• Foster collaboration and communication around testing between the teams
What is needed in this role:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
• Experience within test, test strategy, test automation and/or development in an agile context
• Ability to work in a structured way and keep order amongst many involved teams
• Good communication skills
• Preferable good knowledge about the Swedbank organization
• Fluent in Swedish/English, both written and oral
