hela Sverige Welcome to join Customer and Counterparty Data - a business unit at the heart of the bank responsible for the group wide Customer Data for our 10 million private and 1 million corporate customers.
In Customer and Counterparty Data, we have the mission as group-wide owner to proactively drive simplified processes and solutions enabling improved customer experience and ensured compliance. We are now looking for a Test Manager with leadership skills and a hands-on approach, to play a key role in securing the overall testing for our new Customer and Counterparty Master solution.

The position we offer
Customer and Counterparty Data own all local customer legacy systems, one in each Nordic country. The development of the new Customer and Counterparty Master solution has started and will continue with step-wise production releases enabling new capabilities for Nordea's business. Number of consumers within Nordea will gradually increase to support their respective business processes.
Availability and quality of delivered data from the new Customer and Counterparty Master solution are key factors. This is where you come in.
You will manage test activities on operational level with employees located across the globe.
This means that you will:
• Be responsible for planning and following up, prioritising, delivering and ensuring that Nordea test standards, as well as external test regulations are being followed.
• Ensure that professional test reporting is being performed on all test levels.
• Contribute with your skills in software development lifecycle end to end.
• Contribute with your understanding in QA aspects and drive "shift left" activities towards our development units.
In the role, you will take a more hands on approach when needed. You will also build strong collaboration and dialogue with stakeholders, management and colleagues.
The position can be located in Stockholm, Copenhagen or Helsinki.
The qualifications you need
We believe that you have strong communication skills and experience from communicating status/results from agile test projects. You are familiar with working in a complex environment with multiple streams cross multiple internal organisations, utilizing internal/external resources from different cultures and companies.
You are a senior IT professional with several years' experience of test management. Knowledge of automation frameworks and regression testing suits, as well as knowledge of MDM solutions are keys to be successful in this position.
Further to above, we value the following:
• ISTQB Software Testing certification.
• Documented leadership experience.
• Documented project management experience.
• Hands-on experience in test planning, test execution & test reporting.
• Knowledge of ITIL v3.0.
• V-models & agile test approaches.
• HP QC (ALM).
Finally, you should be familiar with penetrating and understanding new, complex organisations by documenting and understanding current approaches, processes, organisation, tools etc. in order to - together with QA management - achieve a "step by step" improvement process in the QA area.
