Experis IT is now looking for a test manager / test leader for a consultant assignment for one of our customers within automotive. As test manager / test leader you have overall responsibility for the success and outcome of the test efforts. As test manager / lead you will ensure the quality of the tests, support testers, manage resources and planning as well as handle problem resolution.

Who are you?

As test manager / lead you need to have several years of experience from testing or as test manager. You are a social person who enjoys working in teams, you take responsibility for project management as well as maintenance. It is important that quality always comes first for you. For this assignment you need to be service minded and have a strong customer and result oriented focus.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Lead and develop test strategy and planning within projects
• Initiate and follow-up fault reports
• Perform system tests
