We participate in Volvo IT Global Application Delivery's. We are taking an active part in the method and process deliveries with several resources participating in the service deliveries in the test & SCM area (e.g. coaching and training)
Job description:
As Test Method and Process Specialist you have a strong commitment to process and method development within the test area. You able to secure roll-out of initiative such as Volvo IT test policy/procedures and guidelines. You have the drive to take active part in building the global way of working in the test area. As process and method specialist you also have the ability to capture needs of process and method support and improvements in our deliveries and organization.
As Test Manager you have a clear understanding of how to handle and verify user and customer expectations, and translate them into future IT solutions.
As consultant in the Test Management group you will be working with management of different test efforts. Your primarily focus is on test process and method development but you also enjoys working in the test manager role in projects.
We hope you are a person that are creative and innovative and that can motivate your coworkers. You have a good vision for problem analysis and solving but also have a way to see the overview as well as a sense of details. You need to be service minded and have a high customer focus and the communications skills are on a high level.
Qualifications:
We are now looking for you that are skilled in the test management area and have been responsible for test process and method development. You have a strong devotion to developing and promoting test methods and process. You are truly motivated by being leader when it comes to improve test within the organization. You have experience from wide variety of testing efforts, techniques and tools. You have also experience from manage, coordinate and secure test activities within projects.
If you have experience from testing tool in particularly HP Quality Center is this an advantage.
For this position you need to have general knowledge of all aspects of the software engineering process and you also need to have leadership skills. Also you need to have a minimum of five years of documented experience of IT software development with focus on test If you have experience of test management in agile project or experience from consultancy work is this an advantage. Also experience of test automation is considered to be an advantage.
The general qualifications are that you have an adequate academic qualification and that you are a communicative team-player. You have to have the ability establish and maintain good relations and also have the ability to work in global, multi-cultural organization. You are proactive and have a strong drive to continuously challenge and improve your knowledge. You also have to be proficient in both spoken and written English and Swedish.
