You will be based at Electrolux HQ in Stockholm at Kungsholmen. Our Headquarters in Stockholm is an amazing and unique place to work and grow! Over 1000 professional and 75+ nationalities shape living for the better every day.
We are looking for our new Test Lab Manager, who will primarily assist the Electrolux projects and delivery organizations delivering products and to acceptable agreed quality standards and with sufficient test evidence to prove compliance to regulatory & governance requirements through the deployment of effective Quality assurance testing.
Your main tasks:
Own the delivery of Test Strategy
Ensure Quality, Compliance and Implementation of Test Automation Tools with Quality Assurance Measurement and Monitoring.
Training and Championing of Testing Methodology and Testing Process. Setting standards and best practices within the test team as well as testing activities across workstreams.
Provide Test Management resources to Projects and Programmes within Electrolux to support, capture requirements, build and deploy automated test scenarios
Manage and deliver the Automation testing utilising offshore delivery partners to provide consistent and repeatable (as per the Test Strategy) delivery of Testing.
Manage test lab and teams across geographical locations.
Support on IP related issues
Manage cooperative projects with partners such as external companies and universities
Qualifications:
5 years+ experience within the field of product testing, lab testing
Extensive experience with Implementation knowledge of Test Automation and Performance Testing best practices
Ability to work with multiple teams and understand how to set-up test best practices across all end to end systems and products. Being able to introduce standards or tooling based on your experience would be a good addition
Experience working within a multi-cultural environment and ability to influence people to support a shift left strategy
Demonstrate an inclusive and globally aware mindset with the ability and flexibility to work in a virtual environment across multiple time zones
