Early customer and partner feedback are key elements in our development process which is based on Continuous Integration Software practices. We are currently looking for someone to guide our agile teams to stellar Quality Assurance.
We within Policy & Charging believes quality is built bottom up and is now looking for a Test Guardian.

As our Test Guardian you will be the primary lead of P&C area test strategies and mentor our XFT's to deliver outstanding quality.

Your responsibilities will include
Responsible for the current test results and act to maintain high quality, with both soft and firm actions
Guide our cross-functional Teams (XFT) with their Test Analysis and coach them how to an outstanding test coverage
Responsible for the overall Quality Assurance Process. E.g. what tests and when they should be run in the CI loops and its respective confidence levels
Inform stakeholders of test results and corresponding quality risks with proposed mitigations and strategies to minimize them
What you will do
Collaborate with XFT Teams and find common grounds between them within the P&C area
Drive P&C area Test Strategies and Test Tool evolvement.
Coach XFT towards efficient and effective test strategies
Close collaboration with Test leaders such as Release-TTC and Release-TA to incorporate central strategies in the XFTs
Close collaboration with Product leaders such as SO, PO and DA to incorporate central strategies in the XFTs
Close contact with CI organization for mutual exchange of information and represent P&C requirements and needs
Part of the RCA/FST investigations
Manage test-debt and proactive quality actions
Contribute to the prioritization of our test-tool backlogs
Foster a quality-first culture and inspire change and transformation mind-set where needed
You will bring
Experience from System Test and or Functional Testing
Good understanding of the challenges of software development throughout the delivery process (plans, development, release, maintenance)
Proven as a leader and comfortable even in challenging situations
Dedicated and courageous
Embracing the Ericsson values and role model
MSc/BSc level in Computer Science or the equivalent level of knowledge
Proficient in English, written and spoken
