If so, the Axis Quality Assurance team might be for you. We are looking for bright, enthusiastic and highly motivated Test Engineers that will be involved in projects through the full development lifecycle and will be working with a highly skilled QA team.
Job description:
As a test engineer you will work closely with developers and project managers to prioritize and execute test instructions and provide clear and effective status reporting to project stakeholders. Develop new test cases and test tools will also be part of the job. Other tasks can be writing test plans, testing features and filing bug reports, running automated tests and analyzing test results, developing automated tests and improving existing test automation.
Required qualifications:
• At least B.Sc. in Computer Engineering or similar
• Dedication to concepts and principles of test engineering and verification
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Sound team collaboration and problem resolution skills
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Dedicated to constant self-, team and process improvement
Preferred qualifications:
• 1-2 years of work experience within the test and verification area
• Experience in test automation tools
• Experience in software programming (VB, Perl, TCL/Tk, Java)
• Experience in network administration (Linux, TCP/IP, routers, switches)
• Fluent English and Swedish both verbal and written.
