Position description:
Competence
• SW analyses (knowledge of SW tools, log problems, analyse fault codes (DTC) and logs).
• HW analyses on climate components (for example compressor, evaporator) both low and high voltage.
• Competence to understand problem solving tool and technical logical plans.
• Challenge mind set.
• Green Belt certified or higher.
• Experience from Volvo is an advantaged
Role
This role Problem Analyst PA Climate is located within Current Model Quality (CMQ) and is one key role in the Quality Action Team (QAT) as well as in the Variability Reduction Team (VRT).
Purpose
The purpose is to proactively analyse product problems and assist the QAL or the VRT R&D Leader in quality
concerns resolution to improve customer satisfaction.
Main Tasks
Provide technical and day-to-day support to the QAL or the VRT PD Leader in technical/problem/root cause analysis, within the scope of the function.
Actively lead and perform analysis in the phases; Define, Measure, Analysis (G8D/DMAIC)
Scope/Define the quality issues to enable prioritization between issues within the function.
Related to deviations drive for
• Implementation of interim service and production solutions (ICA)
• Permanent Corrective Actions (PCA)
Reports to the QAL or the VRT PD Leader.
Responsibility
• Update of FLOW.
• Engage non-PD Resources as Required; STA, Suppliers, Purchasing, Manufacturing, VCCS.
• Handling/ analysis of returned field material.
• Create, and keep updated, standardised documents as defined by QTT/G8D/DMAIC, which is relevant, for all active concerns.
• Participate in Work Meetings.
• Project transfer receiver (knowledge).
