Within Powertrain Control System, there are possibilities to work in the entire development chain from idea to finished product with streamlining our engines and gearboxes, alternative fuels and electrified powertrains.
We now wish to strengthen our team in Södertälje with more experienced engineers within the fields of programming or testing of embedded systems.
Your tasks
As a test developer within R&D at Scania, you will be able to work in a dynamic team where you participate in the entire development process. The role will give you the opportunity to work cross functionally in a lean-inspired environment, focusing on testing developed functions.
The role will moreover give you the possibility to work with analysing documentation, but also developing test specifications which will secure that the functionality works in accordance with specifications, as well as programming of test cases in Python.

Your profile
You are an engineer or similar with a couple of years of experience regarding test development for embedded systems. Programming skills in Python or equivalent is desirable. As a person you should be a problem solver, quality minded and moreover possess great teamwork skills.
Good knowledge of English and Swedish is a requirement as well as the holding of a driver's license.
