About the role As a Test Buy Lead in Transition program, with focus on e-commerce solution for transition and new markets, you will be responsible for ensuring the planning and execution of test buy together with other responsibles per subproject in the project organization and with partner in delivering the GOEP solution. You will also work with third party suppliers involved in the solution as well as other internal systems.
You are working close to Project Managers and/or responsible persons in subprojects, from time to time business representatives as well as requirement specifiers to capture technical issues in a cross functional project. You will be responsible for driving progress of test and solution of issues found.
The role requires a technical understanding, working with complex solutions and at the same time being able to keep a perspective on the overall solutions.
To be successful in this role you have genuine interest and curiosity for testing and you are a good coordinator. Being able to shift from details to the bigger picture. We believe you are curious with many ideas. You have experience of managing test on different levels; preferably within e-commerce and/or SAP, and enjoy working in a high-performance situation. Work Task * Responsible for coordinate test buy between the online expansion program and the local market
• Responsible for securing test resources and test planning for the project subprojects and systems involved in solution
• Work together with business on priority for defects
• Cross coordination with other subprojects within the program
• Ensure the availability of tools and test data needed are in place to test project effort
• Lead the test work, delegate test tasks but also take the role as Tester when needed
• Follow-up on test plan and test activities, produce test reports and test artefacts necessary for stakeholders
• Consider knowledge transfer in all test related work
• Report status to stakeholders program management
• Be responsible to follow up on all issues found related to the market making sure they are resolved, moved or closed
Specific Competence * Test lead experience + 5 years, or similar experience in IT development
• Solid experience in test design and integration testing
• Experience from working with testdata and test environment in complex system landscape
• Broad understanding of system development
• Experience of working in larger scale projects with cross dependencie
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
• Experience in working with supplier and cross-functional teams are qualifying
