ASSA ABLOY Group function uses external vendors for development and test around implementations for the e-commerce and web platform. The two teams consists of around 20 developers, testers and deployment/release consultants, currently placed in Sweden, Finland, Poland and India. These two development teams are lead and managed by ASSA ABLOY internally.
Dina arbetsuppgifterAs the Group function's new Test Manager, you will own the full lifecycle of test automation and quality assurance (QA). It is your job to make sure that the implemented test automation is aligned with global IT strategies in the way you see fit the organization best long term. You are a part of the Global E-business team and will work closely with project managers, architects and selected vendor development teams. Your mission is to make sure to deliver a robust- and high quality product and in order to keep doing that you as a Test Manager will play a key role.
On daily basis you will lead the implementation of test automation for the web platform (OneWeb) and E-commerce platform (OneShop). This includes but is not limited to setting up test strategy and policies, building roadmaps, take architectural decisions regarding testing framework, and leading technical discussions with both internal staff and the vendor development teams, setting the operational test processes in place.
Kvalifikationer• Previous experience from similar mission where you have implemented test automation mapped to the development lifecycle for large scale platforms
• Deep understanding of test automation with best practice experience of the "how"
• Experience in leading and working with both vendor development teams and inhouse development teams
• Overall good technical knowledge on both strategic and operational level
• Relevant academic background is a plus, but not required
• Fluent in English, both verbal and writing. Swedish knowledge is a strong advantage
