As a Territory Manager you'll lead the sales and market adoption efforts for the Halo Radiofrequency Ablation system. The primary focus will be to accelerate the trial and adoption of Halo across the market. The role will include performing sales presentations, conducting training and in-service activities for physicians and nurses. Key for success will be to build strong relationships with key opinion leaders to ultimately drive sales revenue.

Principle accountabilities
• As a Territory Manager you will conduct sales presentations and clinical in-services of the Halo procedure for physicians, and nurse support staff
• Achieve agreed budgets, focus on sales growth
• Building on well established relationships to become an expert advisor to healthcare professionals
• Identify and execute plans to increase the Halo adoption across the region
• Complete all administrative tasks punctual and accurate within given deadlines
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
• As a Territory Manager you need to have a strong track record in sales within the Medical/Surgical devices field
• Willingness to travel extensively, mainly across Sweden but also to parts of Finland
Preferred requirements:
• As a Territory Manager it is preferred that you have a professional education or relevant degree
Other skills:
• Swedish and English language skills to business standard
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Excellent Customer Focus
