At HVDC Control and Protection team, we are making the best solutions for our customers worldwide, who have HVDC Solutions. You will join as an integral member of a diverse and high paced tendering team at a time when the demand for our solutions is booming and we are expanding to help our clients reach their environmental targets.
Your responsibilities
Lead by example, coordinate, mentor and provide technical support to the team. Participate in expert groups, customer meetings and negotiations, internal design review meetings and workshops
Provide proactive input to management team and product ownership board in relation to current and incoming tenders and ensure awareness in changing technologies and adapt to such needs
Collaborate with the product ownership board in terms of our offerings to customers and what is the roadmap for the new technology
Identify and communicate clearly of risks and difficulties in meeting requirements or deadlines
Living Hitachi core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and business

Your background
Extensive knowledge and experience from system development and integration within HVDC control and protection domain
You have a genuine technical interest and are aware of current market solutions and offerings of our competitors
You are always open to develop new skills within other fields and are willing to take over responsibility for large technical scopes
Knowledge and experience from Control and Protection systems, including substation protection, SCADA Automation and Telecommunication systems is desirable
You have a strong sense of quality and are motivated to take on a new challenge
The criticality of the role shall need you to be comfortable in a dynamic and changing environment and excel at time management
Your soft skills including communication are the best arsenal in fulfillment of this role
