Together we impact lives globally by building healthcare 2.0. Now we are looking for a fixed-term IT support manager who wants to be part of shaping how tomorrow's healthcare looks.
Joining our Finance and IT team as a temporary IT support manager means you'll support our wonderful teams by providing hardware and application support during June and July this summer. You will be part of a combined Finance and IT team and report to the CFO.
Your main tasks will be:
• User support for Windows and Mac users, using the channels Slack, email, phone, and sometimes hands-on support
• License and user management for our company's different SaaS tools
• On- and off-boarding of employees (license and hardware administration)
• Mobile telephony administration
• Managing hardware
• Problem solving regarding our technical environment
For the right person there may also be opportunities to help out in our finance function with:
• Invoice registration
• Bank payment files
We believe you have:
Completed a year or two of a university program in Computer and Systems Sciences or similar, or that you have worked in similar roles before.
