We are impatiently expanding and are now recruiting for a:
Research Analyst
The research department is the core of Universum?s business and conducts annual surveys amongst students and professionals in 30 countries around the world. Information from these surveys is turned into more than 1,000 client specific reports on the talent market. The research department also conducts tailored research and provides consulting services for a number of prestigious clients around the world.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role is to support the project managers in the production process, including survey programming, data processing, analysis and client report production. Initially, you will work closely with the project managers, but as you progress your role will expand to include more client/market contact and market analysis. Within 2-3 years we expect you to move on to a new role within the company such as project manager or junior consultant. The ideal candidate has an educational background which includes statistics and a few years of professional experience.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Skilful use of PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proficiency in English, additional language skills are a merit.
• Knowledge and experience of statistical analysis.
