We are now looking for a Techy Project Manager with the ability to drive projects delivering End-to-End Telecom test environments to a variety of organizations within Ericsson driven by needs from RnD. The projects involve many parts of the Ericsson Telecom portfolio and are typically quite technology heavy.
The preferred candidate will have experience in running projects across time zones with deliveries of a Telecom nature. The role demands considerable flexibility in quickly adapting to shifting needs.
What you will do
Ensure that projects are delivered in a timely manner with high quality
Lead projects across programs, organizations and teams
Be part of a team, but with your own responsibility to deliver on user expectations
Your deliveries will involve highly skilled Solutions Architects and technicians
Create project plans to supervise progress, handle project scope, schedule and costs
Understand business requirements & challenges
Evaluate and identify appropriate technology solutions to meet the requirements
Report Project metrics and raise risks to management as needed
Manage multiple projects in parallel
To be successful in the role you should have
A positive attitude!
2-5 years of relevant professional work experience with at least 2 years of experience from a leading position
Good communication and presentation skills to coordinate with team members, customers and management
Interest in technology
Ability to organize complex projects and drive them from start to finish
A team player mentality
