hela Sverige Are you a dedicated network Technician with an interest in security? An analytic investigator who finds the details that makes difference?
The role as a network and security Technician at H&M is very service-oriented and together with your team you will work with investigations, analysis, reporting and recommendations of actions regarding security related incidents in our H&M Global IT environment.
We believe that you have broad technical skills and have worked with security-related tasks for some time. Good networks - as well as Microsoft Windows (Server & client) skills are required and you must have a personal drive and genuine interest in growing your skills within the IT security area.

The team SIRT is part of the new Service Area Professional Services within Infrastructure services and we support all IT divisions both with pro-active initiatives and in incident situations.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M security technician comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Incident management
• Malware, IDS/IPS, Proxy
• PCI DSS
• Vulnerability and patch analysis
• Risk analysis within the IT security area
• Analysis of harmful code
• Log analysis and Forensics investigations
• Continuously develop the work processes and procedures together with the team
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• At least 3 years of experience from IT security related work
• Good written and oral English skills
• ITIL basic knowledge
• Security knowledge (Windows, PCI DSS, IDS, IPS)
• Able to prioritize and reprioritize when needed
• Experience working in an enterprise IT environment
• Experience of managing services from external vendors
• ISO 27001 knowledge
• CISSP, OSCP, GREM or similar
Knowledge of one or several programming languages is a plus.
