Our department, PDG Solutions, is developing products and solution for the Ericsson Cloud Core - one cloud packet core for all accesses and services, with dual-mode operations, 4G and 5G. We develop and deliver e.g. Massive IOT, Mobile Broadband, Enterprise Core, Communication Packet core, etc. What we do is a vital part of the accelerating digital transformation building our networked society where everything that can be connected will be connected.

Technical Test Coordinator (TTC) to PDG Solutions
As a PDG Solutions TTC you will be engaged in the daily work of the department, everything from our products and solutions as well as our responsibility for 5G e2e verification (NIV). You will be the departments driver in test strategy activities and our member in the high-level Test Strategy forum. You are responsible for alignment of our overall Test Scope and the coordination of the test activities related to our operations. Securing the test strategy is updated and implemented. You keep information visible and easy to access, keep stakeholders up to date. Together with the Test Environment Architect, you are responsible for the high-level, mid/long term Test Analysis to identify new and future investments in hardware, tools, test environments and you create and follow up on requirements related to above.

You have high energy levels, are willing to learn new tasks and you are a team player that shares your knowledge and skills with your colleagues. You have a strong self-drive and the ability to work independently. You strive to do better than yesterday. Strong team player with a drive to push for excellence.

The TTC is a challenging role and therefore you likely need to have some years of experience working with test & verification to take on this job.


Qualifications
You should have a Bachelor/Master of Science in relevant area (e.g. Science within Electrical Engineering, Data Communication, Computer Science and Engineering, Software Engineering of Distributed Systems, Engineering Physics) or equivalent formal education. You must be fluent in English for this job.
Proven experience from software integration and verification/testing
Experience working with test strategies and its implementation
Experience working as a TTC, System Test Leader, technical coordinator or similar
General Datacom competence (TCP/IP, switching/routing, Wireshark, networking, etc.)
Good knowledge of Packet Core
