Do you want to work in KONE, one of the global leaders in the elevator and escalator industry? Motala Manufacturing Unit in Sweden is looking for customer focused, results driven and collaborative Technical Sales Support Specialist to promote Motala solution sales to KONE country organizations and KONE distributors internationally. Reporting to Managing Director of Motala Manufacturing Unit, the successful candidate will play key role in growing Motala business and profitability. Position is located in Motala, Sweden.
Key responsibilities:
• Present, promote and market Motala Solutions to existing customers and prospective new customers internationally, mainly within Europe
• Proactively develop and create customer relationships
• Ensure customer specifications are clear and understood and Motala solution is in line with customer requirements
• Manage and coordinate tender requests, order specifications and delivery times for new and ongoing orders
• Respond to tender requests and technical queries in a timely manner
• Provide input to Motala Solution development
• Work in close collaboration with different departments and team members within KONE and in Motala manufacturing unit to meet customer requirements
We expect you to have:
• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or other relevant field
• Relevant experience e.g. in sales, product management or technical sales support. Experience from manufacturing and elevator industry is an advantage.
• True service mindset and strong customer focus
• Good communication, collaboration and influencing skills in an international environment
• Drive for results with hands on attitude
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Willingness to travel and work independently
• Fluent spoken and written English language skills, other languages are benefit
• Good MS office skills, SAP experience is an advantage.
