Do you get energy from working with development of automation in combination with technical leadership?
In this position you will have the opportunity to work with technical challenges in a creative environment within Tetra Pak Carton Bottle and Gable Top & Tetra Recart.
As Technical Resposible you will take the ownership of the Automation solutions for the systems and drive the automation strategy and roadmap for the Tetra Rex system.
Your will be in the forefront regarding technical issues and propose actions. Governance of our development activities is also an important responsibility of the Technical Responsible.
You are part of the program team and together you set the development agenda. You have stakeholders in various global Tetra Pak organisations.
You will use your automation & technical skills to add new functionality, improving existing solutions or completely new systems. A focus area will be to increase our digital offering within the Tetra Rex system.
Main responsibilities
• Own and drive Automation and Digital Strategy & Roadmaps for the Tetra Rex Platform, based on requirements from key stakeholders
• Secure that Tetra Rex fulfils Automation requirements and specifications in all development & PLC activities
• Secure the design quality
• Perfrom prestudies in relevant areas
• Support Market, Technical Services and Capital Equipment based on need.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate that have the proven ability to manage advanced automation solutions. You have knowledge and skills within Production Control systems (HMI/PLC). Experience and understanding of the complete automation offering is a must. You have an technical education, preferable from University. Today you are a experienced automation engineer with the ambition to take on more responsiblity.
As a person you are structered and have strong analytical skills. You also have a personal drive with the ability to meet targets. It is important that you have a organized mindset with a strong interest of continuous improvement, technical challenges and innovative solutions. Your are a team player and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others.
You like to lead, drive and facilitate teams to achieve goals. To build networks to understand and solve technical issues comes natural to you. Since you will be acting in a context with many different perspectives you are good at handling change.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required.
