hela Sverige Job DescriptionTo our client we are now looking for a Technical Recruiter!
In the role you will have the following key responsibilities:
Effectively partner with senior-level stakeholders, potentially across multiple areas of domain expertise.
Hold full accountability for full cycle recruitments including search.
Have proactive partnership with the team and greater TA team.
Be responsible for driving and executing on the TA strategy.
Build, maintain, and drive TA projects in a timely manner.
Coach/mentor more junior team members across the TA organisation.
Drive collaboration with PX Partners & Finance partners (with TA leads) to build process improvements for operational effectiveness based on data, beliefs and insights.
Be responsible for a diverse set of recruitments which may include leadership or senior roles in the business
QualificationsYou have at least 5 years experience of working as a Technical Recruiter.
You are fluent in English in speech and writing.
Experience from the automotive industry is meritorious.

SalaryAs agreed.
Admission and ApplicationFull time, office hours. Our client wishes to start around 2024-09-02 and the assignment is expected to run until 2025-03-31 with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting client.
