Portfolio Commerce & Analytics section is responsible for ensuring an excellent 'customer journey' for both internal and external customers in Ericsson's digital product catalog, Portfolio & Commerce (P&C). A guiding star for us in achieving that objective is being proactive and taking a strong responsibility for the content and functionality in P&C and drive improvements together with various stakeholders.
We are now looking for a Technical Online Portfolio and System Manager to work with improving the customer journey and the content in the catalog, with focus on technical specifications. Your role will include taking part in content reviews with stakeholders, gathering their requirements, and also suggesting improvements based on analytics. You will specifically work in the P&C Backoffice (SAP Hybris) with handling information about products, categories and attributes, that is fetched from other databases in Ericsson.
Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.
You will
Work close with content owners, Customer Units (CU) and other key stakeholders with improving the overall P&C experience and the content in the catalog, specifically focusing on technical specifications,
Lead the content readiness, creation of specific digital assets, implementation, and curation of portfolio information and portfolio structure,
Ensure portfolio information is optimized to ensure a great user experience.
Ensure implementation and curation of sales and marketing channels (direct and sales partners), through customized extranet environments.
Manage and drive functional requirements related to portfolio information and user experience for internal/extranet/.com for both frontend as well as backend.
Lead process development, process implementation, and training of stakeholders and users.
Provide data driven analysis and reports to stakeholders.
Lead Portfolio & Commerce system management including configuration and optimization of the backend and interfaces to other databases in Ericsson.
To be successful in the role you must have
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics or related courses.
Demonstrated ability of working with SAP Hybris technology.
Demonstrated ability to create and document WoW/processes and to simplify and/or communicate complex technical topics to non-technical users
Demonstrated ability of working with databases in Ericsson (like Unit Database) and synchronization of data between systems
Experience in Product Marketing and customer communication around Ericsson products
Experience in working with commercial activities
Knowledge in working with SAP One
Demonstrated ability within SAP Hybris Backend Administration, Commercial flows, Portfolio management from e.com perspective.
Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
Experience from working in a system landscape with many integrations
