hela Sverige Responsible for assisting in the management of payments of projects, budgets, scheduling and planning activities of the project under the supervision of her/his manager, as well as informing the supervisor in line with these objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Examines the conformity of progress payments, contracts and project addenda, has them approved and sends them to appropriate places.
• Supplies required information by holding regular discussions with the projects' technical offices.
• Keeps progress and follow up charts of the projects updated.
• Creates the infrastructure of periodic reports of projects which are prepared to be submitted to the senior management.
• Ensures entry of the required data in the ERP program.
• Attends audit visits organized with the projects.
• Prepares bill of quantity surveys for projects and tenders if deemed necessary.
• Visits clients when deemed necessary for the projects.
• Carries out his/her studies in line with the directives of the management in an efficient manner.
