Svenska Neoplan is a family owned company with exclusive rights to represent MAN Buses and Trucks in Sweden. As a Swedish importer and general agent for over 40 years for Neoplan buses and almost two years for MAN trucks, our service organization has gained extensive experience of the market and its demand. The company is today one of the largest suppliers of buses on the Swedish market.
We continue to expand our business and are now looking for a technical and commercial project administrator for our office in Kungens Kurva, Stockholm.
About the role
In the role of technical and commercial project administrator, you will be responsible for customer contact and ensure that we meet the technical requirement specifications towards the customer. Inform the customer of technical and commercial limitations. The role involves analysis of tender and procurement documentation and alignments of these with our product portfolio.
You are responsible for the creation of technical specifications of the vehicles towards the various production plants through the eCon production system. Creation of customer specific driver manuals, carry out vehicle inspections in the various production plants and draw up/communicate inspection reports.
Examples of tasks and responsibilities within this role:
• Continuous monitoring of deviations for quality assurance.
• Proactive monitoring of upcoming tenders/procurement.
• Technical descriptions required for later adaptations of certain equipment to be installed in the vehicles.
• Specification of vehicles in detail through the eCon system
• Conduct technical specification reviews before order placement in the production plants.
Who are we looking for?
The role requires that you have good knowledge of MAN's vehicle software and are highly proficient in reading/writing technical specifications.
You have extensive experience with requirement specifications for large production plants and tenders. Your technical expertise and overall attention to detail, technical as well as financial, is an absolute requirement for this role.
• Extensive knowledge in eCon (at least 5 years experience)
• English fluently in speech and writing. Knowledge of Turkish, German and Swedish is a big advantage.
• Educational requirement equivalent to a higher degree in mechanical engineering
The position requires a B driver's license, but if you also have C, and D this is a big advantage.
