Technical Agile Service Delivery Manager
Publiceringsdatum2016-02-17Dina arbetsuppgifterWe are looking for a very skilled agile Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager. You will work from Sweden and lead an Offshore team. You will get requests from the business that need to be handled, but you must also come with proactive ideas to improve the way of working and the systems that are maintained. Sometimes you also need to be a part of the requirement gathering. You should be able to run professional workshops and requirement gathering sessions. You will primarily work as a consultant within Bank and Insurance, so it is important that you have several years' experience of that domain. The technical platform will mainly be SharePoint, you need to have good technical and functional knowledge of all versions since SharePoint 2007.
Kvalifikationer• Experience of working as Agile Service Delivery Manager in Sweden.
• Experience of leading Offshore teams. .+10 years of experience of Microsoft Technologies.
• 5 years of SharePoint knowledge.
• Certified within SharePoint 2013.
• Experience of handling agile work with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) .Hands on experience as lead developer.
• Several year experience of Swedish Insurance companies and their business.
• Social skills with ability to communicate with and understand both business and developer.
• Fluently English. Ambition to learn Swedish.
