Axis is now looking for a driven Team Leader with the ability to lead and coordinate the work in our Production Test Group, PTG.
The PTG is responsible for developing functional tests for all Axis products as well as maintaining the test systems. These test systems are used globally by our distribution centers and our manufacturing partners. Thus the team is involved in all existing products as well as all new product projects in the aspect of production tests.
As team Leader of the PTG you will be responsible for the groupÃ?¿s coordination with other departments in test related matters. You will also play a vital part in new product projects regarding deliverables and timelines. In addition to this you will be responsible for the development of the group and we therefore believe that you have the ability and will to drive improvements and changes.

Job description:
Ã?¤Plan, lead and coordinate all the work and activities within the team
Ã?¤Interface and support all users of the test system
Ã?¤Secure a continuous development of the test system
Ã?¤Coordination with other departments in test related matters
Ã?¤Coordination with all new product projects on deliverables and timelines
Ã?¤Drive improvements and changes to the processes in the team
Ã?¤Propose improvements in the processes interfacing the team
Job Qualifications:
Ã?¤Technical Bachelor or Masters degree or similar
Ã?¤Experience from production and production test systems
Ã?¤Experience from coordinating or managing employments
Ã?¤Good planning, coordination and administration skills
Ã?¤Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ã?¤Fluent in English
Ã?¤Preferably knowledge, C++, Java, Teststand and BarTender
