Do you have a passion for developing and retaining customers?

Right now we are expanding our Account Management department in Stockholm and we are on the hunt for a Team leader. As a Team leader at APSIS you will be a key player in coaching, helping and supporting a team of four skilled members. You will also be responsible of your own customer portfolio of existing customers to expand the APSIS market share and customer satisfaction within your own and your team portfolio.

As the Account Management department in Stockholm is growing you will also be helping out with recruiting team members and introducing them.

Selling Apsis products is fun since customers know us and our brand is very strong. APSIS is a successful and quickly growing company, so you can expect a fun, challenging and dynamic working environment.

Your tasks:

Help and support team members on a daily basis by guiding them in right directions and having joint meetings
Securing a high customer loyalty and retention within your own and your teams' portfolio
Keep in touch with APSIS existing customers to help them use APSIS products to the maximum and be a role model for the team
Challenge customers with your deep understanding of their business and situation; push their thinking and take control of their daily challenges.
Help your team to identify upsell possibilities to existing named customers and proactively search new opportunities within named customers' organization (new units, new subsidiaries etc).

Skills and experience:

Previous experience of leading a team is an advantage.
A track record of B2B sales.
Enjoys when others succeed.
Take ownership and like to get things done.
Strong business orientation and ability to identify opportunities within customer accounts.
Ability to execute successful sales plans within complex and sometimes technical customer cases.
We expect you to be fluent in Swedish (written and spoken) and have good communication skills in English.
