Are you up for a challenge with your leadership and IT expertise at a dynamic and strong digital bank that disrupts the future of banks? We are looking for an ambitious Team Lead for Nordax's IT Infrastructure Team who will lead exciting projects for strengthening our digital banking infrastructure. While managing and coaching the team, you will be responsible for managing the backlog in collaboration with the Head of IT Operations. Key responsibilities:
• Day-to-day IT Infrastructure delivery as well as team management
• Lead second line service operation processes (monitoring, automation, incidents, etc.)
• Strategical and operational management of infrastructure vendors
• Map and manage up-to-date knowledge and asset inventory
• Define and lead implementation of infrastructure architecture
Who are you?
You have been leading a team under IT department for the recent few years, in addition to a previous hands-on work experience with infrastructure and networking. Ideally, you have worked for security issues and understand banking/financial or related industries. You are a keen and innovative problem-solver and passionate in designing strategies for infrastructure solutions.

Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in IT service management including managing contractors/ vendors
• Experience in manager/ team lead role
• Excellent knowledge in infrastructure architecture and security
• Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English
Big pluses, if you have:
• Previous hands-on work experience in IT infrastructure or system administration/ operations or architecture
• Industrial experience in the banking/finance or similar industry
• Experience in major cloud providers' services
