Team Lead - Debt Collection

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Debt Collection Team Lead to join our forward-thinking team and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Goal Setting: Translate Riverty's business strategy into specific, understandable, and achievable goals for the debt collection team.
Operational Leadership: Lead and allocate operational tasks within the team.
Inspiration and Motivation: Inspire the team and employees by fostering a culture of continuous development, goal orientation, and employee satisfaction.
Recruitment: Recruit new employees when needed.
Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a crucial link between team members and other management functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Quality Assurance: Ensure operational tasks adhere to high quality standards, implementing and monitoring quality control procedures as needed.
Best Practices Implementation: Identify and implement best practices that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, and promote the digitalization of human-to-human touchpoints.
Performance Management: Proactively manage team and individual performance, setting clear performance objectives, and providing constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Problem Solving: Effectively address challenges and resolve issues arising in daily operations.
Team Engagement: Proactively engage and retain team members, identifying training needs and facilitating professional development supported by HR.
Who are you?
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Proficiency in using digital tools and promoting digitalization.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle operational challenges effectively.
Experience in performance management and employee development.
Fluency in Swedish and English
