As Tax Counsel your main responsibility is to provide expert tax advice to the Ericsson business and manage tax strategic issues for the Swedish Companies within the Ericsson Group, aiming at mitigating tax risks assuring tax effectiveness and securing compliance in line with tax legislation. You further manage Swedish and foreign taxes for the Swedish companies, including LME and EAB as well as handle tax litigations and transfer pricing. Tax Counsel provides support and guidance on tax accounting and tax return preparations and is functionally responsible for tax specialist activities. Tax Counsel is also responsible for tax education/training within the scope of Tax Counsel's responsibility areas.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
• Master of Laws degree/LLM
• Extensive experience in Swedish and & International tax legislation and transfer pricing
• Tax litigation experience
• Knowledge in GAAP (i.e. Swedish GAAP, IFRS & Group Directives)
• Knowledge & Understanding of Financial Systems
