hela Sverige We are looking for a Regional HR Manager - Nordics with focus on managing the Human Resources Function of all Nordic Countries with specific focus on HR function of Sweden. This role will be based in Stockholm, but flexibility to travel within the Nordics is a must.
The key responsibilities include:
Overall responsibility of HR function of NORDIC region including end to end responsibility for effective deployment of HR Processes in alignment with overall HR/Business objectives.
Ensuring Human Resources requirements of Business by ensuring right staffing at appropriate time.
To ensure deployment of Global TCS processes with respect to all aspects of Employee Life Cycle right from Hiring till Separation, Performance Management and provide opportunities for employees to move the Career Streams
To ensure providing appropriate Learning & Development opportunities for resources in Nordic Region to help them in developing their skills.
To ensure compliance of TCS Local Entity with all local employment laws and regulations applicable in Nordic region.
To ensure deployment of employee engagement programs for furthering collaboration amogst employees and CSR initiatives to help the society /community at large with whom TCS has been interacting.
To ensure onboarding of associates at right time including immigration and visas.
To listen to and act & resolve all employee related issues.
15+ years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of Compliance of Nordic Countries,
Experience of handling Performance Management Systems in large Global Organization,
Knowledge of quality management systems,
Organization Behaviour
