We currently have the following job opening;
Task leader Electric Propulsion Systems
The Electric Propulsion unit at CEVT is responsible for the development of Hybrid and Electric Propulsion Systems (EPS) for Geely cars. As Task leader at EPS you will be responsible towards the projects to coordinate the hardware and software deliveries related to components such as On Board Charger, Wireless Charger, HV Batteries, electric motor, inverters or complete system design.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Manage Electric Propulsion Systems HW and SW components (time, technology, cost).
• Secure reviews of specifications and solutions.
• Working with and driving our suppliers.
• Reporting status of units to the projects.
• Secure for release of related documents.
• Support and Participate in System FMEA and reviews.
• Participate and report information from related forums to the project.
• Develop functional implementation plan for the related nodes.
• Schedule releases to agreed delivery dates.
Requirements
• Experience in managing development projects.
• Structured and ability to utilize project planning tools.
• Ability to drive, motivate and present ideas.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Problem solving mindset.
• Fluent in English.
• Engineering degree at a Masters level in Electronics or equivalent.
• Team player with flexible approach and a holistic view.
Merits
• Well accustomed to Chinese culture is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience of transmission, hybrid systems, engine hardware or software development is an advantage.
• Automotive development experience is an advantage.
• In favor of environmentally friendly technologies.
The positions are placed In Gothenburg, LIndholmen.
