Electrical and Electronic Systems Engineering (EESE) 94000 is seeking applicants for the position of:
Task Force Leader EESE CMQ
Current Model Quality is the organisation that take car of possible quality issues in our products in the field. The most severe issues are called Top Concerns and must be handled fast and responsive.
The work with the Top concerns is lead from the QAT-team within CMQ, and requires reources from both the QAT-team as well as the Line departments.
The Current Model Quality group at EESE consist today of different disciplins within quality improvements and quality assurance. We now need to enforce our team with a Task Force leader .
Position Description:
The Task Force leader is responsible to follow the G8D (An eight disciplined, team-oriented problem-solving process that applies analytical tools to data in order to identify the problem) process.
The Task Force leader shall establish a small group of people with the process and/or product knowledge, allocated time, authority, and skill in the required technical disciplines to solve the problem and implement corrective actions.
The Task Force leader shall be able to handle around 2 to 4 Top Concerns at the same time, depending on severity and complexity of the issue.
The Task Force leader is responsible for the resolution of the Top Concern ensuring development and implementation of ICA, Service Solution and PCA according to the decided plan.
The status of the Top Concern item is presented by the Task Force leader weekly or bi-weekly at QRM or PSSM to secure progress and attention.
The Task Force leader shall present status of the Top Concern at the CMQ Summery meeting with escalation of issues if there is negative impact on concern resolution.
Qualifications:
Higher technical education.
Good experience of task management within R&D.
Ability to act independently and to take the initiative.
Good leadership skills.
Good communication skills and service minded.
Fluent with both spoken and written English.
PC-kompetence (Word, Excel, Power Point, Lotus Notes)
Structured with high analytical skills
Merit qualifications:
Experience of work in Electrical and Electronic Systems.
Good practical and theoretical knowledge of the VCC (Volvo Car Corporation) product development process (GPDS)
