Now we are looking for talented Test Engineers at one of the Stockholm departments in Kista.
Description
DU Radio HW design develops HW and FW for base stations for GSM, WCDMA and LTE standards.
You will work at the sector Digital platform and infrastructure which I responsible for digital units for all radio standards. A challenging task is now to develop a multistandard digital unit for the future. Therefore we are now looking for Test Engineers who will be working in teams towards many different projects and products with focus on function- and system test.
Key tasks:
• Analyze and test requirements
• Develop and execute test cases
• Analyze test results and trouble shooting
• Integration and configuration of nodes
• Maintain an automatic test environment
• Verify functions and/or performance

You will have a good introduction with courses, mentors and good support.
Experience and competencies
You should have an educational degree such as B.Sc or M.SC in for example Computer Science, Electronic engineering, communication or similar.
You are interested in testing and you have good programming knowledge in languages like C, C++, bash, perl, python or similar. Good knowledge in Linux is also required. It is a big plus if you have competence within Erlang and Clearcase. We see thah you re fluent in both written and spoken English.

We are looking for a motivated candidate with a positive attitude who wants to learn new things. You are a problem solver who wants to expand your knowledge within telecom.
Further details
The position is full time. Start date is as soon as possible. You will be employed by Hero and work as a consultant for Ericsson to begin with. Chances for recruitment by Ericsson are very high.
