hela Sverige We are growing and looking to hire a Talent Associate to join our team. We'd like to find you who recently has started, or soon is about to start your career. You are interested in the start-up environment where you will not only be a part of our clients' growth journeys but also play a significant role in our own.
What you'll do
As a Talent Associate you will work closely with one of our partners in all aspects of talent management processes. You will take an active role in client discussions and manage the candidate relations. You will also make a difference by influencing our company culture and way of working. Starting your career with us will give you broad experience from various industries, organisations and market challenges as well as exposure across the wide talent management space.
In short, the role would involve:
Project lead processes and projects from start to end
Engage in client discussions
Initiate contact and engage with candidates throughout the process
Coordinate meetings and interviews with candidates and partners as well as clients
Be involved in internal company initiatives together with our partner group
Handle administrative tasks
To be set up for success with us, we believe you bring:
BSc Degree in Behavioural Science
Strong analytical skills - sharing our preference for a data-driven approach
A solution oriented mindset
Ability to structure your own work
