hela Sverige Do you have experience developing recruitment processes? Do you want to be a part of a re-organization in one of the most innovative companies? Are you teamplayer who can easily take on new task 's as they appear? Then we have to job for you!
Ericsson is right now going through a major re-organization. The Talent Acquisition team are in need of another TA whom can keep dialogue with the recruiters. You will work towards the entire Talent Acquisition model which is at its stabilization phase at the moment. As the new re-organization unfolds you will play a big part in driving agile recruitment structures.
As a Talent Acquisition your major responsibilities include:
• Take initiative and drive projects forward
• Develop recruitment processes
• Bring valuable insights on improvement
• Update work instructions and make sure the team functions
• Drive recruitment processes for Sweden offices.
The role as Talent Acquisition is a consultant assignment for 6 months, with start as soon as possible. There are chances of prolongment for the right candidate.
About you
We are looking for someone with, preferably, a background within recruitment/ staffing. You have excellent skills in communication and you have an energetic and structured approach. To succeed in this role you also need to be able to function at all levels and have the capacity to work independently and in a team. You also take ownership and drive for results.
Qualities we 're looking for in this role:
• Fluency in English, (swedish is a merit)
• Knowledge within Swedish work legislation
• Experience from developing recruitment processes
• Well known skills in MS Office
