The Supply Chain and Logistics department is responsible for global logistics and capacity planning, and our team of 14 co-workers is located in Fagersta. We are now looking for a Tactical Supply and Inventory Planner, to be part of creating and influencing our new organization structure in a position with great possibilities for development.
Key performance areas
As Tactical Supply and Inventory Planner, you are involved and ensure right safety stock levels, right production rate and the right products in inventory. You perform calculations and analysis to develop and optimize our inventory planning and supply planning. You act as a link and contact between sales and production organizations and is a constant support to the operational part of supply and inventory planning. Moreover, you present and speak for our plans within Seco Tools.
This position involves some traveling.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a relevant degree and a few years experience within planning and/or logistics. Practical and theoretical experience from capacity planning and inventory control is advantageous, as is experience from the manufacturing industry. Good knowledge of Excel is important, and knowledge of Windows and other business systems is a plus. As we operate in a global environment, your English skills are good, while knowledge of Swedish is advantageous.
