hela Sverige You will be part of Power Products in Ludvika. Power products are key components for transmission and distribution of electric power. The division has manufacturing units for transformers, bushings, tap-changers, breakers, instrument transformers, arresters, power cables and similar equipment. Power Products also offers services to safeguard the products? performance and to prolong their lifecycle.
The division is divided into three business units. PPIS / B is responsible for the support and development of ERP LN, which is our manufacturing and logistics systems. We are currently 12 coworkers focusing on different areas of ERP LN. Our skills range from system and user administration and technology to various business processes like finance, production / planning, design, procurement, orders and sales. We offer both first line and second line support that works with fault reports and requests for process improvements from the business. We work with the customer management system JIRA.
Task:
If you are looking for a stimulating and independent job role within the IT/IS area then this might be the right opening. As System Administrator you will act as our integration expert. We have a set of integrations between ERP LN and a range of systems such as SAP, SIW, LM Apport, ECS and Graphical Plan. We use both BizTalk and other solutions for system transfers. You will work with incidents as well as solutions in this role and collaborate with system suppliers, process and production units. To develop our processes and to drive change and improvement measures lays within your realm of responsibility. When functionality is changed or when new ones are introduced in the system, you will be an important resource in the change management process.
Requirements:
You have a degree in IS/IT, economics or engineering, alternatively corresponding work experience. Currently you may work as Systems Owner, Applications Consultant or perhaps Power User within ERP LN or similar. Regardless of your current situation you are skilled in system management and user support, project management and IT. You will work with ERP LN, SAP and Office as well as JIRA and it is positive if you are familiar with these systems as is a general understanding of our business. To shoulder this role you need good skills in both Swedish and English, a good analytical ability, strong organizational skills and be able to multitask. As our integration expert you need to be driven, and independent and an excellent teacher.
