We currently have the following job opening;

System verification leader

As Powertrain System Verification Leader you are responsible for the physical verification work of the areas EAI (Engine as Installed), TAI (Transmission as Installed), Driveline & AWD and Powertrain mounts. You are leading the verification of these PSS areas and collaborating internally CEVT with the CMA Verification team and the PSS System Designers. Externally you are in close contact with the VCC test departments as well as other parties e.g. Geely test departments and external test facilities. The position reports to Verifocation Director.

Responsibilities and tasks

• Drive the development of aligned test plans together with the responsible PSS areas
• Align the total test requirements with the CMA Verification team and the best location of the tests
• Lead & coordinate the execution of the verification plans
• Support the component test verification at supplier or VCC
• Coordinate Powertrains need to build of test vehicles
• Deliver reports of the testing status
• Support best practice document handling in the verification arena

Requirements

• Engineering Education; B.Sc or Msc
• Experience of automotive development, Powertrain development is meritorious
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Ability and openness to share your knowledge
• Experience of making plans in excel and project.
• Experience of using Microsoft Office
• Flexible and structured, can work independently as well as in teams.
• Strong drive and engagement. Self-going and self-learning.
• Genuine interest in automotive
• Willing to help others and to ask for help when needed.
• Openness and awareness of Asian, European and foreign cultures.
• Ability to travel
