The section Air Induction System and Powertrain Mounts is a part of the department Powertrain Installation. The two areas are today merged into one section that consists of around 50 people and is divided into three groups, two technical groups and a third group Project & Maintenance. Our two product areas have a major impact on the car's total experience as a final product. This position is within the group Project & Maintenance which consists of twelve people of different ages, background and experience. We have an open and friendly environment where everyone shares their knowledge with each other.
As System Verification Leader (SVL) you will have the administrative and coordinating role to ensure that that testing and verification are planned, performed and documented. You will also be working with strategies when it comes to development of systems and component testing. Furthermore you will review old requirements and test methods in order to develop completely new and yet unknown ways to verify our system. Since the SVL role also is a leading role there are good opportunities for further development within leading functions.
Main responsibilities
• Define and revise the test methods for the systems
• Responsible for testing of the components and the systems.
• Execute and create necessary problem points within decided systems
• Report result from completed test activities
• Approve component supplier's test descriptions and test reports
• Create and maintain necessary test plans
• Coordinate and prioritise all verification activities for the system
Required qualifications
• B.Sc in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or similar education/experience
• Relevant work experience
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Driver's licence B
• Technical knowledge within the areas are meritorious
• Experience from VCC way of working is meritorious
• Noise, Vibrations and Harshness knowledge

• Self-motivated, driven and ambitious
• Good leadership skills and ability to motivate others
