Primarily, MVV:s customers are in the areas of automotive, oil/gas and robotics/automation.
To suit the role as a consultant at MVV, we believe that you are positive, driven and outgoing. Since almost all of our assignments are on site it is important to be humble and able to listen to the customer's needs. You are also independent and solution-oriented.
Position description:
System Program Leader (SPL)
• Act as the primary interface between the SQM site and Program related stakeholders
• Communicate program requirements to the appropriate management and colleagues
• Coordinate, follow-up and participate in sourcing and program activities
• Manage the vehicle program issues
• Lead the process to identify/notify Priority suppliers
• Set-up, Coordinate and follow up APQP/ PPAP activities.
• Communicate program and supplier readiness
• Coordinate supplier quality issues.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and activities.
• Support/Participate in plant vehicle/engine launches.
System Program Leader (SPL)
• Functional lead of the commodity line SQM organization to secure deliverables according to project requirements
• Secure SQM sourcing deliverables prior to supplier choice decisions
• Kick-Off and Coordinate the APQP status reporting
• Lead and coordinate the input to secure accuracy of SQM related supplier risk list
• Lead and coordinate PSW (Part Submission Warrant) reporting at required program gate
• Create and apply for a program specific Temporary Part Deviation
Skills and required experience:
• Education on university level or equivalent experience
• Competence requirements in accordance with decided competence tools
