Business Development is a support function within the Online Customer Service organization.
The department runs projects, assignments, tests, and pre-studies with the ambition to streamline internal processes, develop new services or order changes from the IT department.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As System Owner you will be responsible to set the business demands on several business systems. You will work closely with the IT System Responsible and administer and develop the systems. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivered functionality is accepted in the operational environment. You will set the user instructions and routines for the systems and make sure the systems provide the right SLA to the business. You will set and follow-up the budget together with the SR.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an individual with a strong commercial interest in mail order and in result follow up. Providing good service is important to you and you are not afraid of delegating tasks to team members, in order to improve the common goal. Knowledge regarding Customer Service and/or Online business is an advantage. We also appreciate experience in business systems, e-commerce systems or other larger IT systems. We require good Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The post is full time and based in Borås.
