hela Sverige Would you like to enter a new role within Tetra Pak DSO Capital Equipment, improving supplier quality to meet our customers' requirements?
In this key role in the Supplier Quality team, you are the first link to receive and secure that issues are registered in a systematic way. Responsible to manage consolidation of and set cross functional priority for technical issues with impact or potential impact on customers and assign lead organization for problem solving resolution.
Main responsibilities
• Proactively capture and analyze issues through appropriate software tools, with impact or potential impact on customers
• Ensure all issues are registered in a systematic way and addressed appropriately
• Consolidate issues, confirm category and assign customer impact index prioritization, according to process and technical knowledge
• Analyse (technical) and dispatch issues to relevant handling organisations
• Make necessary technical investigation to understand the problem using personal knowledge and involving relevant competences (internal or external)
• Drive, correct and update issue statements and descriptions in reporting tools
• Raise potential urgent issue to relevant forums
• Prepare input for relevant decision forums for further prioritization
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you are willing to learn and able to take initiatives and drive activities independently. We believe you are a structured and systematic person, with a positive attitude. We are looking for a results-oriented team player, with excellent communications skills in English.
You have a minimum experience of 3 years within data collection, consolidation, analysis and reporting. You are a passionate analytical data person, with statistics approach for data interpretation and creative for developing reports and finding alternative solutions. You are very familiar with MS Excel and Macros knowledge and skills is a plus.
