The Job
If you are an experienced System Engineer or Physicist with a background in Spectroscopy who would like to work with top edge analytical solutions for food safety and quality control, we believe we have a fantastic job opportunity for you! You will be responsible for the optical design and performance in our instrument projects from early concept phase to ramp-up in production. We are using the latest technologies in a multidisciplinary team with mechanics, optics, electronics and software as well as collaborating with external partners when needed. The job will be very independent and we greatly encourage own initiatives and drive. As we often do things we have not done before it is important that you can see the challenges and not the problems.
Qualifications
• Master of Science or PhD in Experimental Physics with focus on Optics and Spectroscopy
• 5+years of relevant experience in the Industry
• Experience with Ray Tracing tools
• Fluent in Matlab for data analysis, but you enjoy rolling up your sleeves in the lab
• Result oriented - enjoys getting things done!
• Good at cross-functional cooperation - you are a team player
• Good knowledge in English, but also good understanding of either Swedish or Danish would be an advantage
