The role also includes managing global function targets and coordinating the responsibilities of various end-to-end function owners.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain system requirements, guaranteeing consistency with product-level requirements.
• Recommend suitable components by assessing their alignment with design specifications.
• Contribute to defining and integrating complete system solutions, covering both system and product perspectives.
• Serve as a recognized expert in System Architecture, leveraging extensive education and professional experience.
Leadership and Collaboration
• Take the lead on complex initiatives, guiding groups or teams to successful project outcomes.
• Actively mentor and develop team members, promoting professional growth and continuous learning.
• Act as a thought leader and champion of innovative ideas, serving as a master trainer, coach, or mentor within the broader technical or business area.
Profile Requirements
• Demonstrated T-shaped skill set, offering deep expertise alongside a broad, versatile skill range.
• Typically at least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
Work Arrangement
This is a full-time, on-site role located approximately 20 minutes from Växjö.
