hela Sverige We are seeking to recruit a System Architect to our office in Malmö. You will be a part of the System Architecture group within the System Management team. The architect is assigned to a specific product area of our intelligent platform for building automation and energy saving systems (Struxuware for Building Operation) but has responsibility for the overall system platform.
As the System Architect you will function as the main link between development teams and the System Architecture organization, work close with other stakeholders like product managers, requirement specialists, test leads and key people in the R&D organization. You will work on a daily basis with one or more product oriented teams within the R&D center.
Your main duties will include working with product specific architectures and high level designs as well as more system wide concepts. You will also make sure that the designs are in line with system architecture and philosophy.
Requirements
You need to have at least five years work experience in architecting enterprise systems and good knowledge within Microsoft .NET (WFC). It is an advantage if you have a degree in Master of computer science. We would also prefer if you have skills in the following areas: Web architecture/ development, Web Services, Agile methodologies, Test driven, Domain knowledge and understanding of low level technical details. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
To be successful in this position you need to have interpersonal skills since you will act as a coach and mentor to developers in the system architecture. You need to be comfortable with acting as a role model and also to enhance compliance to the specified design. The atmosphere in this position is very dynamic and requires someone that is able to shift perspective from the big picture to the small details maintaining good communication and relationships.
Acting as a coach and be able to mentor developers in the system architecture is important. He will be involved in code to lead by example and also to enhance compliance to the specified design.
