hela Sverige Sales and Marketing Systems is a team managing application maintenance and development of a number of systems supporting the Sales to Order Process, such as applications used for Product and Price Configuration, Customer Management, Sales and Market Campaigns. The applications are or will be used globally within Global Trucks Truck Sales Process. Technical Platform is Microsoft. The deliveries from the team engage resources from several Volvo IT sites in Gothenburg, India and China.
System Analyst
We are now looking for a System Analyst to plan, lead and coordinate the requirements work within maintenance release work and projects for a sales application.
You will be a part of the maintenance team that is continuously working with system support, maintenance, enhancement and new development. As a System Analyst in the maintenance team you will together with your team colleagues and in a close dialogue with the customer specify changes and new functionality according to the customer request. After that you will be involved in the development/programming together with other colleagues in the delivery team and finally put the changes and new developed functionality in production environment after tests and user acceptance.
Areas of responsibilities:
• Planning and executing the requirements work
• Customer contacts regarding system requirements
• Gathering and handling system requirements and system modeling
• Documentation concerning both functional and non-functional requirements
• System requirements alignment with the customer quality standards
Your profile:
You are skilled in leading all activities concerning gathering and management of system requirements and system modeling in a close dialogue with the customer/application owner. You have a holistic view of system development and a good understanding of how to handle and verify users and customers' expectations and know how to translate them into future IT solutions. You have experience from complex solutions.
Qualifications and skills:
• Documented experience of leading requirements/system management work
• High ability to evaluate and interpret relevant data and information
• Knowledge of tools and methods used within System analysis
• Preferably you have experience from Agile Software Development and Scrum projects
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both orally and written
Combination skills (requirement/system management - and domain knowledge within automotive industry) will be considered as an advantage, as well as Usability Experience.

• Windows Server environment
• SQL
• VB script
• .Net
