Job Description
In this role you will join the Steering & Controlling team at Group Sustainability and team up with either the manager for Social Impact or Resource Use & Circularity. In collaboration with a team of experts and impact leads you will be responsible for co-creating and integrating the strategy for the area.
In this role you will work with stakeholders across the globe and play a key role in driving the agenda for the Group where you will have the chance to create positive impacts for people and planet and contribute to the success of our business.
In this role you will be among other things:
Develop steering frameworks and objectives and key results.
Co-pilot the area together with the manager to catalyse strategies in an engaging, motivating, and inclusive way.
Co-develop system support to visualize and integrate sustainability data in the Group.
Co-create integration plans together with stakeholders across the Group.
Secure accessible and validated data for external reporting and internal decision making.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who:
Have 2-5 years of experience as a Business Controller, Business Analyses or similar.
Have a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sustainability or similar.
Have advanced knowledge in Excel, Power BI or other Data Visualization tools.
Have a genuine interest in sustainability, circular economy, and the connection to business.
Work independently and take own initiatives.
Have creative analytical skills and is good at prioritizing.
Have a strategic mind and is good at identifying new opportunities.
Have experience from informal leadership in a global environment.
Additional information
We can offer both a permanent or temporary 12 month contract depending on the area of your interest. This role would report into the Steering and Controlling Manager at Group Sustainability.
