Your Role
Passionate about sustainability and compliance? Join us in our new role as Sustainability Compliance Lead and help drive ESG excellence across our global supply chain. You will develop and implement processes that align with evolving regulations and ESG priorities. You will also play a pivotal role in embedding sustainability into our supply chain and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead compliance-focused initiatives within our Procurement Excellence program to address regulatory and ESG requirements.
* Develop and roll out processes related to responsible sourcing, supplier compliance, and sustainability reporting.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement practices with company-wide sustainability goals.
* Prepare strategic materials for senior councils and ensure effective communication of compliance priorities.
* Implement digital solutions to enhance compliance monitoring and reporting.
* Train procurement teams and suppliers on new policies and processes.
Your profile
To fit in this role, you must be highly self-motivated, structured and communicative. When collaborating with stakeholders, you are confident with the ability to build relationships, influence and provide advice to key decision makers. You focus on achieving success in individual and team projects.
* A sustainability advocate with a Master's degree or equivalent experience.
* At least five years of experience in procurement, compliance, or sustainability management.
* Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, regulatory compliance, and sustainable sourcing.
* Proven ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders across matrix organisations.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
